METARLight™ is a trademark of DR Midwest LLC.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and Promotional Partner, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes begins July 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends July 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official entry page, complete all required fields, and submit the entry form. A mobile phone number is required solely so the Sponsor can contact a potential winner. No purchase or payment is required.

Limit one entry per person and mobile phone number. Automated, scripted, generated, bulk, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may be disqualified. The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries.

5. Optional email communications

Providing an email address is optional and is not required to enter or win. By providing an email address, an entrant agrees to receive occasional product updates, marketing messages, promotional announcements, sale notifications, and special offers from METARLight™ and participating promotional partners, including Aviation Soul. The entrant may unsubscribe at any time. A mobile phone number submitted for potential-winner notification will not be used for marketing under this Sweepstakes.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one handcrafted METARLight™, with an approximate retail value of $249. The prize is nontransferable, and no cash substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize description.

7. Winner selection and odds

On or about July 26, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be contacted at the mobile phone number supplied on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt and may be required to verify eligibility, identity, and mailing information and complete reasonably required eligibility, liability, tax, or publicity documents.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, or declines the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing. Entrants need not be present to win.

9. Prize delivery

The Sponsor will arrange prize delivery to the verified winner at an eligible address within the United States or the District of Columbia. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by the winner’s failure to provide accurate delivery information.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Promotional Partner to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

EAA AirVenture 2026 and its organizers are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes unless separately confirmed in writing.

12. Technical problems and administration

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undelivered entries or for network, server, website, device, transmission, or other technical failures. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another cause impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the impairment.

13. Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact and confirm the winner, deliver the prize, maintain legally required records, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Optional email information will be used for marketing when the entrant provides an email address under the disclosure shown on the entry form. Additional details appear in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disputes and governing law

Except where prohibited, disputes arising from this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict- of-law principles, and will be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ohio. Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

15. Winner information

After the winner is verified, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state on the Sweepstakes website or provide that information upon a lawful written request received within a reasonable period after the drawing.

16. Acceptance of rules

By entering, each entrant confirms that the entrant has read and agrees to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
